Dear Windham Homeowners,
On Sunday night into Monday we experienced low water pressure and in some instances a total water outage. It was thought that it was caused by a flooding condition in a home that was not occupied at the time. After an extensive search by the mountain staff, they could not find where the water loss was occurring. At this point they refilled the Frye reservoir to its maximum and began to monitor for water loss. After a 24 hour monitoring period of the reservoir there has been no water loss at all. This leads us to believe that perhaps construction work by a homeowner, or a hose, or some other misuse of water caused the loss. As homeowners we should be diligent and monitor our water usage.
