3. New Windham Water District 2: The Town of Windham, The Windham Mountain Club and the WMOA have been discussing the possibility of creating a Water District encompassing the WMOA, East Mountain, Ski Lodge, Seasons, Winter Green, and Enclave. The WMOA has created a committee that has been meeting for more than 6 months identifying the laws, processes, and involvement needed of all entities affected. We will keep you abreast of how it will affect our homeowners, and the benefits/pitfalls thereof.
Current Status: The WMC and WMOA are teaming up to complete an engineering study of our current water system. This study is being conducted by C.T. Male Engineering. The Town of Windham will complete a review of the finalized study, which is being conducted by the Town’s engineering firm Delaware Engineering.

1. Review of Delinquent Homeowners owing Quarterly Dues ongoing
2. Review and update of penalties for Homeowners that are not in compliance with the Architectural Rules and Regulations.
3. Board Resignation: After many years of valuable service to the WMOA, I have received the resignation of the following board members effectively after the conclusion of the Annual Homeowners Meeting.

We thank them for all they have contributed to the Board and wish them well going forward. We have identified three (3) individuals’ replacements that have been vetted.

Note: Charles Presti is resigning his position as President of the WMOA after 6 years. He is not resigning from the Board, only the position. There will be a nomination process by the Board of Directors to elect a new President, Vice President and Secretary. Election results will be provided to all homeowners as soon as possible. Meeting minutes will be posted on the WMOA Website.
