Dear Windham Homeowner,
I received notice from Kevin Kennedy, Windham Mountain Director of Real Estate/Lodging, of his decision to go into semi-retirement. He will mentor his eventual replacement, but will also be our liaison with the Mountain during the transition to the new owners. He will be in full retirement effective May of 2024. In addition, he announced that the Windham Mountain Home Services will stop its operation effective November 1, 2023. This does not affect snow removal of roads, driveways, parking areas, road repair, water and sewer operations, and security.
Kevin will be sending you a letter within the next week outlining the services that will no longer be available. It is self-explanatory, but if you should have any questions you can reach out to Kevin or me.
