An evening of fresh, local, sustainable cuisine in the most beautiful, natural setting! Take a Skyride to the summit of Windham Mountain for a themed beverage and amuse-bouche. Enjoy a magnificent view from the summit, while our chef prepares a locally sourced meal to be savored al fresco on Windham Mountain Resort’s patio. Each Course will be paired with a New York wine or cocktail.
