Start your Saturday morning on a high note!

Yoga on the summit of Windham Mountain, with a spectacular instructor and inspiring views. Check in at the Bike Park (2nd floor of the base lodge in the rental shop) at 8:45 am and head to the chairlift for a scenic skyride to the top of the mountain. Once you have arrived, you will practice the mental, physical and spiritual art of yoga in the most natural setting on our summit deck. Beginning at 9:15 am sharp, Nina Porter’s class is a slow flow yoga mix that emphasizes breath, body awareness and alignment. This class will incorporate a gentle somatic yoga sequence before progressing to a flow of body warming & energizing postures to ready the body for slower deeper stretches.

$25, including skyride.

Class sizes are limited to 30 participants- reserve a space online using the scheduler below. Check in starting at 8:45am at the Bike Park. Unreserved spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen! If you have a yoga mat, bring it! If you don’t, we have a limited number of mats to share – first come, first served. Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

In the event of rain, yoga is moved to an alternate indoor location. Check in is still located at the Bike Park.
